Noora Health, trains patients and their families with high-impact health skills to improve outcomes and save lives. The program works in collaboration with hospitals and local groups by turning hospital hallways and waiting rooms into classrooms that enable family members to provide care in the hospital and at home. Their work involves
1) upskilling hospital staff to confidently train patient's families.
2) Turning hospital waiting rooms into classrooms where hospital staff train family members on high impact skills.
3) Follow Up with patients families to reinforce their learning
4) Convert complex medical information into entertaining and socially relevant information for patients and their families.
Their impact is pan-India and the program has been implemented in 191 hospitals while the MFE initiative with Noora is in partnership with 4 hospitals in Maharashtra.
