Room to Read India's Literacy Program is the country's only children’s education program that develops both literacy skills and reading habits. MFE's engagement with Room to Read is to support establishment of 18 libraries in Mumbai BMC Schools. The libraries provide children with the space, time, material and support to supplement their textbook learning. The MFE grant to Room to Read has impacted nearly 4,000 children and 149 teachers with a provision of 20,822 books.
