Keeping Character Building at the core, Oasis is active through various organisations working for different social causes. Presently the organization is run by 15 Teammates (Agents of Change) who are working in the diverse fields which include, Workshops and Courses on concepts of Living, Loving, Learning..., Publications on Character Building, Organic Farming, Rural Development Programmes, Partnership Projects with Organizations to bring Positive Change, Promotion of Wholistic Lifestyle through the OASIS shop, Community Health Development, Medical Relief through Primary Health Clinics in Slum Areas, Youth Leadership Development Programme, Wholistic Life Promotion – Yoga and Ayurveda, and many more service projects. Their activities are spread in various cities of India, viz Baroda, Surat, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bangalore as also in USA & Europe. The Oasis Valley Project is their flagship programme which conducts retreats for children and adults alike.
